About The Peoples Coach

Before sparking transformations through The People’s Coach, Shante “Coach Shane” Sherrill gathered over 15 years leading teams across the nonprofit, military and corporate sectors. Her diverse background shaped a coaching ethos blending compassionate support with creativity's boundless wisdom.  

Shante believes every person contains untapped dimensions of talent and purpose ready to be revealed and activated. She views leadership as an imaginative act - one drawing out a person’s highest vision of themselves and equipping them to manifest it daily. Her calling is cultivating those “aha moments” of sudden self-revelation, then sustaining people through steady support and accountability to actualize new growth.

When she isn’t coaching, you can find Shante expressing herself through writing, music or theater arts. Creativity remains her first love and she fuses its spirit into dynamic coaching through artful questions, insight exercises and vision boards bringing transformations to life. Shante feels creativity and self-leadership intertwine beautifully.
